BACK-UPS AND STORAGE OF MEDIA:

The Hit Factor takes great care in the handling of files on our computers.  We periodically back up and save our sessions in the unlikely event of loss or damage of files. However, we can assume no liability for lost or damaged files.  It is also highly recommended that clients purchase their own hard drive to back-up all session and audio files.

PROPERTY DAMAGE:

Any damage to the studio, including studio property and studio equipment, resulting from negligence will be billed to the client accordingly. Please be careful around the studio equipment.

CLIENT EQUIPMENT:

We may be able to leave client and band gear set-up in the studio as long as it takes to finish a project, but we will assume no liability for any client/band equipment.

 OTHER POLICIES:

No alcohol or drugs on the studio property. Cigarette smoking is outside only.
